- Blood Collection withirap 50ml-syringe under routine aseptic conditions
- 1-2 syringes are required per patient
- Label syringe pateirnt data
|
- Incubation of syringe at 37 C 24 kours
- Process each patient's blood separately
|
- Centrifuge incubated syringe 10 min at 3700 rpm
- Load centrifuge symmetrically
|
|
|
|
- Disinfect syringe thoroughly
- Carefully aspirate serum with 20 ml- syringe
|
- Aliquote autologous conditioned serum through filter / adapter into 5 ml syringes
- Close 5 ml - syringes with sterile caps
|
- Immediately label 5 ml - syringes with patient data
- Keep all syringes of one patient in a store package at 18 C until use
- Shelf Life at least 7 months
